Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Highlight Revenue Systems LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as Highlight Revenue Systems (“Highlight,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information through highlightbuilds.com and related communications. We collect what is reasonably needed to handle your request, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. This may include your name, company, industry, email address, optional phone number, website, and anything you write in a form or message.
• Consent and communication records. We may retain the choices you make, the date and source of those choices, and messages, replies, and opt-out requests so we can honor your preferences.
• Public business information. To prepare a Highlight Report, we may review material such as your website, public business profiles, reviews, and other publicly available information.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate information such as pages viewed, referrers, general location, device type, and buttons clicked. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not associate these events with an identifiable visitor. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To review your business and prepare and deliver a requested Highlight Report.
• To respond to your request through the communication channels you select.
• To provide and support services if you become a client.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our site and services.
• To maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Email communications

When you submit the Report form, you authorize us to email you about that request, including delivery of the Report and reasonable follow-up. This does not enroll you in an unrelated newsletter or general marketing list. If you later choose to receive marketing emails, those emails will identify Highlight and include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop nonessential email at any time by contacting lathan@highlightbuilds.com.

Phone calls and text messages

Providing a phone number is optional unless you choose text updates. If you provide a number, we may place a manual call to respond to your request. We will not use an automated or prerecorded call for marketing based only on submission of this form.

If you separately check the optional text-message box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Highlight Revenue Systems LLC about your Highlight Report request and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact lathan@highlightbuilds.com. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase, and declining or revoking text consent does not affect your Report.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:

• Service providers that help operate our business, including website hosting, form delivery, email, phone and messaging, analytics, and customer-management systems. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us.
• Professional advisers and legal authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
• A business successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Data retention and security

We retain information as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, provide services, document consent and opt-outs, meet legal obligations, and maintain ordinary business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

• Ask what personal information we have about you or request a correction or deletion.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP.
• Stop nonessential email by using the unsubscribe method provided or emailing us.

This site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes to messaging practices will be stated plainly.
