Terms of Service

These terms govern highlightbuilds.com and the free Highlight Report, offered by Highlight Revenue Systems LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as Highlight Revenue Systems (“Highlight,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting a Report request, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you submit information for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate.

The free Highlight Report

• The Report is free and carries no obligation. Requesting one does not create a client relationship.
• It is a limited informational review based on public material and information you provide. It reflects our judgment at the time and is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or other regulated professional advice.
• We do not promise that a Report will identify every issue or produce any particular result, revenue, ranking, lead volume, or return on investment.
• You may act on the Report with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Paid services and published pricing

Website work, revenue systems, advertising, and other paid services require a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the final scope, fees, payment terms, ownership, responsibilities, warranties, cancellation rights, and liability for the engagement. Pricing and features shown on this site are general information, not a binding quote, and may change before an agreement is signed. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that paid engagement.

The sample Report is a clearly labeled illustration for an invented company. It is not a real client report or evidence that a particular result is guaranteed.

Results and third-party services

Business results depend on many factors outside our control. Search engines, advertising platforms, phone carriers, messaging providers, website hosts, and other third-party services may change their rules, availability, pricing, or performance. We do not control or guarantee those services or your business results. Any real result or example is descriptive, not a promise that you will receive the same outcome.

Your materials

You retain ownership of materials you submit, such as logos, photos, and business information. You represent that you have the right to provide them and grant us permission to use them to evaluate your request and perform services you engage us for. We will not publish your business as a case study without permission.

Highlight content

The site’s design, copy, graphics, and Highlight Report format are owned by Highlight Revenue Systems LLC or used with permission. You may use a Report prepared specifically for your business, but you may not copy, scrape, resell, republish, or misrepresent the site or our templates as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit false information as another person or business, use the forms for spam, or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights. We may reject or discontinue requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside our service area.

Email and text communications

Submitting the Report form authorizes request-related email, including delivery and reasonable follow-up. It does not enroll you in an unrelated general marketing list. Any later marketing email will identify the sender and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Text messages are optional. If you check the text-message box, you agree to recurring messages from Highlight Revenue Systems LLC about your Highlight Report request and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email lathan@highlightbuilds.com. Text consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and free Report are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highlight Revenue Systems LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site or free Report. Our total liability arising from the site or free Report will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not allow them. Paid engagements are governed by their separate written agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Severability and changes

If a provision of these website terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms as the site or services change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
